Context
Manabie is an LMS/ERP platform serving schools across Southeast Asia. As part of a multi-designer team, I contributed to the shared design system — establishing consistent patterns across Student Management, Timesheet, Attendance, and Course Management modules.

Token & Pattern Contributions
Color token system with Primary/White architecture and semantic status tokens (success, warning, error, info). Admin panel pattern library: sortable data tables, advanced filter bar, confirmation modals, multi-step wizards, inline validation forms.

Cross-Platform & Handoff
Multi-role navigation components adapting to role-based permissions (HQ, Center, Staff). Responsive component strategy across mobile, tablet, and desktop. Established handoff practices: design status markers, component change logs, and developer handoff checklists.

Outcome
Design system contributions adopted across all product modules. Admin panel patterns became the standard for new module development, reducing design-to-development alignment meetings through a shared vocabulary of components and behaviors.
